It seems a number of shareholders are selling, taking their loss and moving on to other more attractive investments.

Besides the fact that this occurs in every stock in the market, there is no empirical evidence that this is the case. The share price has been trading in a range of .03 - 04 since June. This completely range bound trading indicates that there is neither a bearish nor a bullish sentiment in that time frame. The low volume would indicate merely a disinterest and lack of strength one way or the other.

Prior to June, the stock traded between .02 and .026 for about a month before climbing up to the current range. That time frame represented the low point in the stock in recent memory. One could argue that there has actually been more buyers (given the increased stock price) than sellers since that time frame.

And prior to that, it was range bound between .028 and .034.

So really, the chart and trading indicate that nothing has changed price or sentiment wise.

This post is neither bullish nor bearish. It is just meant to refute the anecdotal opinion quoted above that doesn't seem to be based on fact.
