I agree, average guy can't short down here but MM's can.

And did.

Look at reg sho numbers here: http://regsho.finra.org/FORFshvol20180802.txt

Search "find on page" "sntl".

Note short vs traded.

Then, go to address and chage 2 to trading date in august and look at percentage short.

To date, and from what is known about this at otc, MM's have shorted a quarter or so of the float.
