MEC owns Seergate and is doing business as Seergate in California.

Read the one or two page Contract Seergate signed with Centric. It's an Exhibit to the Form 10-12/G. It's very primitive in scope. They had a social media concept. Then read MEC's Contract with Centric linked in the iBox. The scope expanded greatly and the product is at a development stage that would never have happened if they weren't acquired.
