Everyone has issues in their lives. With that being said, I think the laundry list you shared is subjective interpretation. Others may see the topics differently.

For instance, MEC did design the emailmoni product/service UBA is using. The Company properly reported the relationship with their Licensee, Centric Gateway in an 8-K. Previously, it was reported as an Exhibit to the Form 10. We know UBA is Centric's Licensee aka MEC's Sub-Licensee. Too bad Maciora didn't pay attention to the existing and widely available DD before he contacted UBA.
