Val had passed away in April of this year from cancer. But before he had he appointed Scott Yoneyama as Secretary mostly for him to take over as CEO. Scott is the National Sales VP for a large company and the word was last week was that there was News coming with updates of the new direction of the company. This may be a rumor or after 5 months of Val passing it very well could be time for this shell to be merged or bought. If it were Scott to take over he has extensive experience and love for the Blockchain industry which is quick become the new stock to buy.
