Refugees are, while part of the human equation, not the problem.
the problem for refugees is that their homes are gone, their livelihoods are gone, they have nothing.
why did that happen?
another problem for the refugees is that the rest of the world refuses to treat them as humans who need help.
we turn away from them in a most unchristian way.
a most unmoslem way. a most unhindu way. in a most unbuddhist way.
and the politicians pander to this selfishness.
