Response from IR regarding R/S. I've received a response regarding the R/S from IR's at WMIH. The reason is intended to convert the 1B+ shares at WMIH to a more similar level that was at NSM pre-merger.

Does anyone have the number of shares at NSM pre-merger. That way we can figure out the R/S.
