We know that the PET and the 3 month tox study required by FDA are on-going.
IND for PhaseIIb ADHD isn't submitted yet so I think Cortex won't be able to start any new trials in a month or so anyways.
So, 2-3 months isn't much a delay.

Financing - yeah, it's a hot topic. "the need for a financing before a BP deal" probably is expected by many Longs.

I've fully prepared myself to see Cortex as dead money for next 6 months; I hate to sell out now as we are so close to our first finish line.
