I don't agree. APHQF is EBIT+ and incredibly efficient. They will have pricing power and will survive the cannabis purge. Once the Mom and Pop shops are priced out of existence due to an oversupply, Aphria will have leverage to raise their prices. This is an ever-expanding industry that is quickly losing its negative stigma due to cannabis' medicinal properties and its 50,000+ industrial uses --including being a source of high quality and quantity fuel for engines that Henry Ford preferred over petroleum. Aphria is one of the only profitable companies in the industry, and as knowledge continues to be revealed about the cannabis plants' many uses (aka industrial hemp), I expect that despite the fact that the market is heading for an oversupply won't matter in the near future. Maybe the oversupply can be added to cow feed to give us some better quality beef!
