Right Shark. There are so many MOUs and licensing agreements now that it’s impossible to keep up now.
I still think third party agreements to these collaborations can be held as confidential by APDN. They just have to be generally acknowledged in the footnotes quarterly.
If APDN is going to hold LOAs as confidential, then I believe we will never know who licensees have signed contracts with.
That’s because Pharmaceuticals and designer goods for example don’t want how and when they mark products known.
