There is no merger - proof:

I just wanted to say that in my opinion, there is no merger happening. I am not sure why iHub keeps saying so.... In my opinon VLNX is simply "merging" into itself in another state. Merge out in NV means they are leaving NV. Vision Plasma now shows up on https://www.sos.ok.gov/corp/corpInformation.aspx?id=1912682653 - Oklahoma's SOS page. VLNX simply 'merged' from VLNX Nevada to VLNX Oklahoma...They are definitely up to something/moving stuff around, but there is no merger with a third party/new company that I see (yet). They don't have a new name, nor is the new name the name of an existing company...They are still VLNX.

There are many examples of this happening in the past. A company moves from one state to another.

I saw someone post "Merge Dissolved" and someoene else wrongly replied "that's old info" - no it's not! The NVSOS VLNX is actually DISSOLVED because it merged out into the new OKSOS VLNX!

The VLNX entity of Nevada is indeed dissolved.

VLNX now is based in Oklahoma.

I suppose they could be doing this to go current and ACQUIRE companies in the future, but that merge out filing is not the type of merger everyone is hinting at...

Experienced folks here need to stop with the MERGER caps lock stuff as it appears you're simply trying to trick newcomers.

You all must ignore the NVSOS page and start checking the OKSOS page for updates on VLNX.
