Cann10 North America Holdings LTD-->>is not<<--Cann10 Israel.

As I understand it, Cann10 North America Holdings LTD is a new Cann10 franchise. Alper claimed he purchased "controlling interest" in it from the parent company (Cann10 Israel) in exchange for a ton of BLDV shares.

Seems to me Alper is negotiating with himself in this attempt to merge two companies-- Cann10 North America Holdings LTD -and- BLDV... and then somehow get everything traded on the Canadian stock exchange.

I've not seen anything that clearly states that the parent company (Cann10 Israel) is looking to go public via some sort of merger/ reverse merger with BLDV.

All will be revealed tomorrow according to Alper.
