Val did pass away.

I was in Colombia when I got word a couple months back.

And I know Val had been sick for a while. On December 31st he, finally, replied to let me know “ I’m doing ok, on the rebound “

Then February 17th “ trying to get over 3 weeks of radiation “.


That was the last time I heard from him.
