Until the Company announces WTH is going on, we won’t know. To me, this deadline was meant to be a clear benchmark for both parties. So if they are asking to adjourn the conference on the 13th, that’s a good sign to me. In my mind, that date was to tell the judge that no agreement could be reached and to schedule a trial date. If they are requesting that meeting to be cancelled, then no other discussion is needed. I could be wrong but this is all part of the common sense factor that seems to be ignored pretty often here.
