Cann10 - Our Activities: Production
Production
Cann10 is interested in taking an equity position in production facilities worldwide. We bring extensive experience, a well developed building, outfitting and preparation program together with the expertise to cut the time needed to turn an empty space into a revenue generating facility.
We do not provide this as a service, but will provide the necessary know-how, plants, technologies and techniques to farms in which we are partners. We are currently involved in new projects in Canada, Portugal, Australia and other locations.

My interpretation of the highlighted points above:
1. Cann10 is interested in equity positions
+
2. Not providing the services and wanting to partner instead
+
3. Cutting the time to turn an empty space into a revenue generating facility
+
4. Mentioning new projects in Canada and other locations
=
These items together may help explain why Cann10 NA is interested in merging with BLDV and possibly why AMS is often mentioned in the PRs. Link back to stervc's highlights of the 4/20/18 PR which indicates that AMS is central to the process. It will be interesting to see how all of these factors relate to each other and develop in the future with the upcoming merger.

Connecting the dots
When I read the Production section above on Cann10's website, I remembered a relevant line that BLDV communicated to us in an older 10/23/17 PR:
BLDV is not prohibited from owning a Cannabis Farm in Canada.

I think I am starting to see the beginnings of communication of the common strategy of cannabis farm/facility ownership/ partnerships between BLDV and Cann10 and thus the motivation for the upcoming merger (i.e. why Cann10 NA wants the merger). It will be interesting to see how they will get the financing to implement such a strategy.
Go BLDV!
