I just note that TPS was willing to sign the release after meeting with MW and then asked for a few tens of million more, and so it gave an indication that the initial estimate was close to 10B, which will provide HLCE for both you and me. Since then the trust has employed the previous VP of finance of WAMU, as well as pressured on WAMU previous execs to cough up what they know, plus spent money with A&M and so unless they are completely incompetent, they should be able to find more money, probably twice the initial estimate.
