-Panasonic was struggling with multiple problems and loosing money at the Gigafactory when PPS was at 16 plus.

--Panasonic needed to produce enough battery cells at the Gigafactory to support 5000 Tesla model 3s per week. They have done that and are now pushing for 6000 and beyond but PPS is in the 12s.

-Panasonic was in the middle of building a new EV battery factory in China when PPS was at 16 plus.

--Now the Chinese EV battery factory is up and running but PPS is in the 12s.

-Panasonic was in the middle of converting their old TV factory in Japan into a EV battery factory when PPS was at 16 plus.

--Now their old converted TV factory is up and running producing EV batteries but PPS is in the 12s.
