Exactly totffe. Of course peeps were expecting the BK to have long been closed by this time, and the MM's are supporting a good bid wanting your shares. Why?
Forget the past, this ticker has been cleansed and will be born again. It's not one last punch up, it's a reworking and replacement taking out the old, and refitting it with the new.
This is the last chapter of the old stock, before it reemerges as a clean vehicle.
Watch after the CH 7 BK closes. I bet all the SEC back filings are already all completed and ready to be filed, along with a completed audit. I really don't think after all this time that there hasn't been a concerted effort invested upon this contingency.
I'm not looking into the past, I'm looking into the future and the setup planning stages that I think are just around the corner.
