The arguments are regarding different subjects. Nobody argued that escrow don't get paid but it is only about theories such as preferred is backed by some trusts or preferred gets dividends or common owns the Estate or some assets somehow are not under the jurisdiction of the bankruptcy court, or S4V and you don't need to buy any WMIH shares because it will be given for free, blah blah blah.... Look at the subject that people argue about and not lump everything together and accuse people of not owning escrow markers or discredit this and that.
