I disagree. I think the BOD loaned Pasta the money and most of it by Sam himself. The owner of Pasta is Chef Joes cousin I agree but I firmly believe Chef Joe didnt screw IVFH and its shareholders to help his cousin. Thats bolony IMO
I love my cousins but wouldnt go that far for a cousin : )
