GEGP, like LCLP, is currently involved in a Reverse-Merger. The private company involved with GEGP is known as Ice Lounge Media. Unlike LCLP though, proper filings are proving the speculation to be factual (much more of a comfort). GEGP has quite a large SS, but it is encouraging to know that much if these are restricted/held at DTC.
