The SEC will require WRFX to raise the A/S to accommodate the 10 billion shares upon approval. Rest assured another R/S is coming. The SEC wont approve the Reg A with only 7 billion shares available. By the time its said and done at the current rate of dilution there will only be about 2 billion shares available for a 10 billion share offering. Thats not going to fly with the SEC
