Honestly, VCPS might just sit at the Stop Sign designation without ever going to Caveat Emptor status. I'm only mentioning the Caveat Emptor possibility if the court case with Zouvas gets dragged out and they decide to start examining VCPS because of it. This might never happen, but if VCPS does get the dreaded skull and crossbones, it can sit for months or even years with minimal if no action at all. That wouldn't be much of a change from what it has been doing for the last year. VCPS could also pull a FRFS type pump, in which they announced a reverse merger with GIFA Inc. and the stock price took. FRFS is still considered Caveat Emptor, because they are a scam, but the stock price still ran a good amount.

The SEC will halt or suspend trading in the stock of a Defunct public company when either the Defunct OTC company’s stock price appears to be manipulated; or when the SEC believes that the OTC company’s public information posted in filings or press releases is false or misleading. When a trading suspension occurs, OTCMarkets.com will label the stock with a Caveat Emptor or skull and cross bones symbol, indicating that there is a public interest concern and that investors should take special care.
