Ah ok. But logically it still doesn't make sense. Assuming they can convert, if you're a warrant holder and you know there's a buyout being announced within a few trading days, would you convert at .065 cents and keep pressure on the stock price, or wait until PPS gets driven up next week and then convert, making 5-10x more money?
