DD why name a network technology company a food snack company -- does that even make sense?
We disagree on the R/S impacts. in my limited experience all R/S of otc companies I invested have eventually turned out badly for investors. There was one instance of a OTC company going up 120x only to crash into the dust a couple years down the line.
Most OTC companies needing funding do it thru stock dilution until the stock becomes near worthless and then a R/S is the option of choice; repeat again.
