Those numbers only include traditional short volume. Not naked short numbers. Entirely different.

The only way to determine naked short volume is through trade surveillance and backing it up with broker dealer numbers or going through the SEC/Finra. And they won't give that info out.

Trade OTC's with charts, INVEST in big board stocks on fundamentals. Don't confuse the two!
