Would be great if you could prove that with a share count above 129M.

Doesn't make any sense though if they're going off in blocks of 1 million does it?

Also, why would Warrant holders convert 3 days prior to announcement of a potential buyout offer? They make substantially more money converting warrants at .25+ then they do at .06 cents.
