Max, Actually, those who are saying management failed them are wrong. It has been made clear very often that it would take 3 to 5 years to fully implement the business plan. So far, 2 years and 8 months have passed.
If you thought this was a typical “bring on the whales” run up, well it’s not.. it is a company with a business plan. Even the ihub whales realized this and wouldn’t try to run it.
