It would seem to be about time for a slow and steady rise to begin now.

imho - PIII can be a total flop by Feb
BUT...
If it keeps going and the price is at $3.00 by Feb it will STAY and climb even more.
So... a play on long, if you want to be in on the ground-floor has to be pretty soon ( couple months )

Something like that, I am no master of price action on this one.
The point is, if you want to skip risk, or go in now to have the highest possible multiple if there is PIII success, then it seems like it has no choice but to look something like that going forward.
( Personally I am skipping the risk and will end up paying a premium )
