Bonds can still be converted during a bk...TA is gagged..we dont know if warrants can convert during the Canadian PWC process. What we went through before when we discussed was that we didnt know for sure if the warrants can be converted during PWC.

More important you have to add another 370m shares to any buyout calculation for all the warrants that can convert into common shared... offset by $18 million in cash that would be paid to BIOAQ to convert all those warrants.
