But how many called the COMPANY? Wouldn’t they be the ones to know it was legit? Since THEY would be the ones that would have arranged a CASH dividend. They never said a thing about a CASH DIVIDEND. A press release should have gone out IMMEDIATELY the moment they knew about it. They received that CASH DIVIDEND payment as well. How could they not know.
Trying to divert attention from the failure of the company to alert investors IMMEDIATELY that cash dividend was not ordered by them is the real problem here. It was their fiduciary responsibility to do so.

I call the mistake KARMA - as it will blow this scam wide open. It should have been shut down as soon as that Mikkin lawsuit surfaced and the details in emails exposed the scam. I guess the SEC never read it. That will change as this “mistake” will be looking at all the traders here.

Is the company going to continue to pretend it never happened? Shame on them. They are the ones that hurt investors by saying NOTHING. Commenting this late is a joke when a press release should have gone out within the HOUR those dividends appeared admitting they never declared a cash dividend. Put them in jail!
