We got fined $5K for getting silt in the creek, and even though we followed the engineer’s stamp ECO drawings and passed inspection, we were said to have not put in place proper preventative measures.
Go figure. Oh, and did I mention the 5” of rain in 36 hours that began shortly after we passed the inspection?
One would think the regulators would give specific and written procedures instead of leaving it up to brokers to come up with their own.
