Here's how I see it, and understand it. As of april of this year bio ambers liabilities were 75 million, the assets were 161 million. You add those up and you have 236 million. Lets say theoretically the highest bidder offers $236 mill to just pay for the liabilities that bioaq owes to the creditors, and that leaves $161 million for the plant/assets. With that $161 million, we now have a VALUATION number for the company. Technically you can say a $161 million dollar cap. If you divide 161 by our current market cap of 9.2 million you get 17.5. You then multiple 17.5 our current share price of 0.071 and you get$1.24 PPS. Once we find out what the highest bidder offered we can have a better idea of bioaq's valuation, i believe we should gap up to approximately that share price if wedo in fact get 236$ million.
I apologize for the earlier estimate of $1.44 pps as i thought our current market cap was 7.9 million instead of 9.2.
This is how i picture it.
