I don't really care what the contract says.

I think you'll find a court of law will. I'm not crazy about the arbitration system. It's supposed to be cheaper and faster than litigation, but FINRA is, after all, the regulator of the brokers. And the brokers are FINRA members.

But you signed a contract.
