Over 3 Billion shares of ILST traded between February 16th and March 22nd 2018. The average price during that time was $.0006. Some people were taking profits on share bought at $.0002 or $.0003. Any one selling now is IMO losing patience. If there were "insiders" selling, their shares would be long gone.
