Aye. Thx Super Mario :)

You're right in complaining sorta and you're sorta not, I can see it both ways (re: Pohl's statements).

Regardless there is little to complain about when your co. has risen from the sludge of the financial sewage system and is now a prominent force moving forwards with tons of cash and opportunity.

A few of my my short term goals are the same as everyone's, well most people I assume:

1) GET IN THE HABIT OF FILING ON TIME STARTING NOW! REGARDLESS OF MOTIVES!?

2) In the very least, keep up the pace at which licensees are signed/announced.

3) Continue to be active with the share buyback and buy on these manifested dips created by silly markets and corrupt market makers.

4) No more dividends ever. That's just how I feel.

5) More updates on Mr. Turley's resourcefulness/usefulness.

6) If "discounts" are going to continue then let's make sure that the co's are at least 99% different than what has been signed already. For instance, I'll be forced to continue to give the supreme benefit of the doubt if they were to license a cell phone co. or an auto manufacturer for a discount. It would make sense to me if they were industry firsts and were therefore discounted. However...If XEROX licenses tomorrow well then let's make sure that the PR is completely VOID of the word discount or early movers. Earliness is a relative and objective term...but pretty soon it won't be "early" anymore on my watch.

If you have made it to this board, and know the #'s and the story and still haven't bought shares what are you waiting for...or are you that hung up on whatever legal complications are occurring? If the court stuff scares you so be it, the way I figure it is that: these days, the legal demons are out to get everybody so PTSC is more than good enough for me.
