the way i figured this vicious r/s you take the 5.5 billion shares and break down to 5500 millions divide the 5500 into the new 3,000,000 o/s and you get 545 shares for every million shares you now have.imo

problem here is this sharps technology really doing any business to speak of?the sharps safety shield needles has pretty much been around as long as retractable tech nyse or amex rvp .86 cents a share doing $35 million in safety needle biz and having an o/s of 33.6 million shares.imo
