Once the August 8 Second Forum on Lithium kicks off in Chile and every international news agency (including Bloomberg, WSJ, Reuters) starts reporting all your limpdeck DOA hot-air efforts to encourage new small-miner lithium mining is nothing but a charade then all that juicy international investment money will have exited Chile by August 10. If you don't have something "solid" to announce at that Forum on August 8 then your (and Sebastian's) next 3.5 years in office are going to be deathly silent and empty as you guys get left in the dust... with all your paper pie charts and paper reports good for nothing. You would be better off going and getting a job with Michele Bachelet running the dog catching department in Santiago if all you can produce is this newest bunch of cheap useless blather this morning.
