HIS ANSWER WAS STUNNING David Ignatius mentiones a book by three former CIA officers, "Spy the Lie"...they argue that a well-trained observer can detect deception without wiring the subject to a polygraph machine. One sign is verbal deflection , as in Trump's immediate, spurious mention of missing servers and emails; another is visible stress on the subject's face, as some might describe Trump's smirks and grimaces. Taken together, such indicators can reveal deception.
