WMIH and NSM release an 8k today with a notice for NSM holders to make their decision by July 26(to decide if they want the 18.00 per share buy out or 12.77 shares of WMIH per share).

Trying to close the merger on July 31.


IMO, Gaps are funny things... most fill.
