As I pointed out before, we need those shares to go through FINRA process since we need control shares to process the name change. As you well know that we are planning on opening up our own crypto exchange that would facilitates our ICO liquidity and trading other tokens around the world. The process has taken longer than expected due to SEC and current legal (or lack of) environment. This is a very important step and we have do proceed with total caution and diligence. Good news is we are almost there.
