No it’s not
Alright...lets get into this. And before we get started yes this is all old information... whats happening here is putting the pieces together to arrive at an answer.
The Tier 1 answer has been in front of us all along, and there may be more, but in my view, just recently, and unofficially confirmed, with a small detail that was sprinkled in the release back in April 2017 that is now playing out, and all but proves who the Tier 1 partner is... let me explain by adding some timelines, details and will try to add links along the way
Going back to March 2017 prior to ISC West (where Patriot Won the Award as you all kmow)
Prior to the the ISC west there was a 2 day expert security panel held as well as private meetinngs.
http://m.marketwired.com/press-release/patriot-one-hosts-expert-panel-isc-west-confront-threat-from-terrorism-active-shooters-tsx-venture-pat-2203420.htm
So these gentlemen had been in private meetings and discussions at least one month prior to ISC West 2017:
1st Panel
Martin Cronin, CEO & Director of Patriot One Technologies
Gov. Tom Ridge - first US Secretary of Homeland Security
John Malevich - Siemens Security Solutions
Chief Eric Plummer - University of North Dakota
John Gillies - former Assistant Director with the Canadian Security Intelligence Service (CSIS),
Jamie Graham - former Chief Constable of the Victoria (Canada) Police Department and previously Chief Constable (Police Chief) of the Vancouver Police Department.
2nd Panel
Patriot One along with
Thomas Cook, Security Consultant, Westgate Resorts
Michael Rozin, Rozin Security
Here they are at the panel ...quite a group!

April 6, 2017 Patriot One wins award at ISC West

April 27, 2017 a very short time after the private meetings and ISC West here comes the press release about an agreement with an unnamed Tier 1 partner:
Patriot One Explores Strategic Relationship with Tier 1 Integrator - Patriot One Technologies Inc.
https://patriot1tech.com/news/patriot-one-explores-strategic-relationship-tier-1-integrator/
OK here is where it starts coming together...
If you look back on this release there is a small detail thats easily overlooked ...until now. Becaause its playing out right in front of our eyes!
*(See screenshot in comments section immediately following post)
So the agreement between Pat1 and the Tier 1 has basically a contingency, an evaluation period which as circled above "a series of integration tests"
.... and what was just announced?
A series of integration tests at University of North Dakota.
http://m.marketwired.com/press-release/patriot-one-university-north-dakota-to-commence-concealed-weapons-detection-evaluation-tsx-venture-pat-2203053.htm
And remember other posts this past week confirming Integrating other technologies with Pat1 (Rozin TIPS, March Networks, etc)
And Eric Plummer was one of the guys on those private meetings, at the panel, etc. I believe he has been instrumental in bringing this all together for the evaluation period as agreed between Pat1 and the unnamed Teir1
So all this is tied to those gents in those private meetings back in March-April 2017 (and prior) ....
And there is only one company present in that group at that time, that is a Tier 1 integrator, and that, my friends, is SIEMENS.
I always had this in the back of my head and even asked before what the evaluation period criteria was ... could never get an answer. Now as I said, its been announced and all makes sense. The evaluation is the mini-city test at UND, ...and that is in progress and ties everything back to that same group sitting at that table. Patriot, Rozin, Siemens, UND, WESTGATE....
INTEGRATION TESTS IN PROGRESS.
Note- after the deal was struck John Malevich moved from Siemens to Stantech i dont know if/how that plays.
Im getting off topic of Tier 1 now but just some last comments...
Reading between the lines, the fact that we are moving forward with a real world Mini City multiple installation test tells me the antenna issue is not an issue at all in fact I don't think it ever was a major issue.... they just realized certain antennas work better than others in certain conditions.
All for now
