It is pretty senseless to knock the price down to $1 so the guys who wanted to buy at $7 a share for the company get to accumulate shares at such low price. I got no idea how the guys who knocked the price down so much going to cover because the buyer who mopped up all the cheap shares is unlikely to see it back to them at whatever price since their intention is to buy the whole company.
