I’m a no as well UNLESS stradle they release a lot of news when the final 14a is released to explain that. I cannot believe that they/has not. I would be yes on the reverse spit in a vacuum.... but when it happens they will add share to buy company/companies and no one knows how many shares they will add.
He has to know that he needs to release news... doesn’t he???
