The new Qsep CEO released the above info over a year ago. Since then not a single one of these “kick the tires” luminary sites is ready for business or even mentioned other then saying that a South American customer may consider a pilot test. So new management has floated a half a dozen “opportunities” yet none of them are near Houston! Yet another giant fluff bomb that gets swept under the rug. The old adage “ I hear what they say...I see what they do” should resonate like a bell now after year on the job. No “Development partner” or joint agreement nada.

Yup.. always the same.. remember RMOTC all over STWA/ZERO/QSEP du jour doing more testing? Remember the Haven flow loop? Remember that offshore loading facility to test a newfangled AotEE? Remember they were so excited they wanted to test the Jewel? Remember all that "unsolicited" interest in the Elektra? Remember how the Nasdaq uplist was a sign that they wouldn't bother UNLESS it meant big things? Remember QSenergy pool was a positive sign because they would be stemming the hemorrhaging of cash? Remember all that interest in the MagCharger? Remember all the contracts for the Zefs? Remember how the 2 SEMA board members were a sure sign the Mag was legit? Remember when Erin Brokovitch was a SURE SIGN that the ZEFs was a game changer? Remember when KMI was going to move the AOTeEv3.8 to a new site for testing? Remember ETA and that site in Basra with the pretty pictures of the guy standing in the desert? Remember how the Chinese were going to do further testing? Remember when J Berns was going to install Elektras in a non-existent facility? Remember when Santa Barbara came and awarded Kyte a nice resolution and plaque? Remember when the size of the facility manufacturing the Aouteee was a sure sign of ramping up product? Remember when.... ?? Remember? Surely all that MUST have shown legitimacy? Remember now when an eye nose and throat doctor shows this will go sky high?

quite comfortable waiting whatever time it takes for this company to commercialize its product.
