What I don't get is this...

From an investor's standpoint, what has changed so drastically with this company since the stock was @ $3 compared to now? We obviously aren't investing in this company based on how much money they have in the bank. Since the stock is at around $1.50, did half of the allure that was present when the stock was at $3 go away?
