I agree UNTIL the 14a and recent 8k came out. I think straddle is right... not only do I expect news, but I do not think they can afford not to. They cannot do a reverse split ( in my opinion from this level AND, like straddle said, they need to explain their 8k and ultimate 14a when it comes out. Thanks straddle btw...
