Here’s what I’ve been thinking in regards to that:
When a company buys back shares, they aren’t immediately retired. They are converted into treasury stock. So he could have been buying those shares through the Data443 entity. Therefore, those shares (common stock) could currently belong to Data443, and when it becomes a subsidiary, he can transfer that stock into to the LDSR entity and log it as “treasury stock” and then retire it.
Just a possibility, and, a speculative one at that.
