apparently barry b berler was working on this project for years below you can read the business plan for the then name SMART SHIELD SAFETY PRODUCTS INC circa 2008- 2011- with a tm SHARPSHIELD SAFETY SYRINGES[tm abandoned 08 prob cause of patent pending and new name] and a patent pending then.note 300,000 syringes were produced most likely in israel[produced usa too] for clinical trials. dgania medical of israel in india too was consigned as business partner in the new company to be established worldwide.seems a lot of planning then imo a new team now will try their marketing skills and maybe use the same business plan?imo
