BLDV Prepares Application in Virginia for Pharmaceutical Processor

Cann10 Israel would provide License for Cannareet Branded Products & Know-How

Project would convert 550,000 sq. ft. Retail Mall in Bristol, Virginia

Alper & Associates Consulting a dba of Blue Diamond Consulting LLC and a wholly owned subsidiary of BLDV, confirmed today that the report in the Bristol Herald is accurate, and Blue Diamond Consulting is preparing the application of Dharma Pharmaceuticals LLC, that is applying for one of 5 Licenses in Virginia for a Pharmaceutical Grade Cannabis Oil Processor.

“This type of pharma grade facility is what we are looking for” said Josh Alper, CEO of BLDV, “The City of Bristol VA., needs this type of economic development, and the State of Virginia has designed a very strict program that favors commitment to clinical studies, research, and GAP/GMP manufacturing know-how.”

1. Alper & Associates Consulting recognized that the experience of Cann10 could help Dharma Pharmaceutical achieve a competitive sustainable advantage in the Virginia program; and,

2. Brought Cann10 and Dharma together in a Strategic Partnership that may include licensing of genetics and end-to-end know how for targeted therapies and unique formulations;

3. Cann10 North America would administer the program through the Cann10 Alliance, the member organization in the USA & Canada that brings the IP and know-how of Cann10 to North America.

4. BLDV is the largest shareholder in Cann10 North America.

The Proposed $10 Million Phase-One Facility in the old JC Penny store, would include a $1.3 Million Extractor Lab, Tissue Culture Lab, and Research Labs, along with high-end analytics and automation.

Finalists for licensing will be selected in August, and the new facility could be in operation by April of next year. Alper & Associates could continue as the owner’s representatives for the Dharma project.

- I found the PR subtitle interesting how Cann10 would provide the license for Cannareet and know-how if the plan is approved. These are part of the potential benefits of the partnership with Cann10 NA which can provide medical cannabis technologies and expertise value to BLDV's clients and partners. It will be interesting to see if the application will be approved.
